Transparent · Project-Based · No Retainer Traps
How XPRTS Prices Its Work
XPRTS doesn't publish rate cards because every law firm engagement is scoped individually. What we can tell you: the Strategy Review is always free, pricing is project-based not hourly, and we don't do retainer traps. You pay for outcomes, not meetings.
How It Works
Start with a Free Strategy Review. Get a Specific Proposal.
Every XPRTS engagement starts with a 30–45 minute Strategy Review — at no cost. A senior operator assesses your firm across five pillars and delivers a written recommendation within 48 hours. If you want to move forward, we scope the project and quote a fixed price. No surprise invoices.

What You Won't Find in an XPRTS Proposal
- Hourly billing that rewards slow work
- Long-term retainer commitments you can't exit
- Discovery fees or "audit" charges before a proposal
- Agency markup on staff placements
- Vague deliverables with no measurable outcome
Every XPRTS proposal includes a specific scope, a fixed price, a timeline, and a defined outcome. If we can't define what success looks like, we won't take the engagement.
The XPRTS Standard
Every system XPRTS configures for your firm is running daily inside Bay Legal, PC. We don't recommend anything we haven't built and measured in production.
