The Founder
Jayson R. Elliott
Jayson Elliott is a U.S.-licensed attorney, entrepreneur, and operator with a multidisciplinary background spanning law, business, and international operations.
Before founding Bay Legal, Jayson worked in Silicon Valley with companies including eBay, Lockheed Martin, and HP — developing deep expertise in enterprise systems, automation, and scaling operational infrastructure. He later served as CTO for multiple startups and built businesses across North America, South America, and Asia.
Since 2018, Jayson has operated teams in the Philippines — building structured, technology-enabled remote workforce models that prioritize quality over cost arbitrage. That experience became the foundation of XPRTS.
As Managing Attorney of Bay Legal, PC, he led the firm to 400% revenue growth in 2025 through the exact systems and staff XPRTS now deploys for clients.
